Delivery Policy

Effective: June 10, 2026

1. Digital Delivery

All kayaktranslation services are delivered digitally. Completed translation files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. There is no physical delivery of any kind. Files are delivered in the same format as the original document plus a clean PDF.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days for most projects under 3,000 words. Priority service is 2-4 business days at a 20% surcharge. Rush delivery is 24-48 hours at a 55% surcharge. All timelines run from confirmed receipt of source documents.

3. Confirmation

You receive an email notification when your files are delivered. If you have not received your files within the agreed window, contact us at hello@kayaktranslation.com.

4. Certified and Notarized Translations

Certified translations include a signed translator certification statement. Notarized copies require coordination with a licensed notary and may add 1-3 business days. We confirm exact timelines before work begins.
