Terms of Service

1. Services

kayaktranslation provides professional translation services delivered digitally. All translations are performed by qualified human translators with subject-matter experience and reviewed by a second linguist before delivery.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by payment via Stripe. After payment, a project coordinator contacts you within one business day to confirm the brief and delivery timeline. Work begins once the brief is confirmed and all source documents are received.

3. Delivery

All translations are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Files are delivered in the same format as the original document plus a clean PDF. Timelines are confirmed during the project briefing.

4. Revisions

A seven-day revision window is included at no additional cost, covering changes within the original brief. Requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

kayaktranslation is responsible for errors directly attributable to our translators. We are not responsible for losses resulting from errors in source documents or incorrect information provided during briefing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
