Pricing FAQ
How is the per-word rate calculated?
The rate is based on the source word count in your original document. We count words from the file you submit. If the document contains non-translatable elements (headers, codes, figures), we adjust the count and quote accordingly.
What counts as a language pair?
Each source-to-target combination is one pair. Translating from English into both Spanish and French is two pairs. The second and subsequent target languages are charged at 75% of the first language rate when ordered together.
Are there any additional fees?
None. The price you see in the quote is the price you pay. Delivery is digital and always included. Optional add-ons (certification, DTP, revision) are listed with fixed prices before you confirm.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum project fee is $98.90. This applies to all translation services. Consulting hours have a one-hour minimum at $32.80/hour. There is no minimum for add-ons when combined with a translation order.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day revision window on all projects at no additional charge for corrections within the original brief. If we are unable to resolve an issue, we review refund eligibility under our Refund Policy. See the full policy for details.
Do you offer volume discounts?
For ongoing clients with regular volume we can discuss a retainer rate. Contact us directly to discuss a custom arrangement. Volume pricing is available for projects exceeding 20,000 words per month.
