About this service
We provide translation services for civil and criminal litigation involving foreign-language documents. Our eDiscovery work includes translating emails, contracts, corporate records, board minutes, internal communications, and other business documents collected during the discovery process. We work with litigation support teams and law firms to meet court production deadlines and formatting requirements. For forensic translation, we translate documents used as evidence including official records, communications, financial records, and technical reports. We have experience with Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean document sets, which are the most common languages in Midwest cross-border litigation. We produce chain of custody documentation and translator certification for all forensic projects. Volume pricing is available for large discovery sets.
